The Skin Camouflage Co was founded to help clients regain confidence after scars and feel comfortable in their own skin. We provide Scar Camouflage, Medical Needling and Areola Tattooing services in Glasgow.
Whether you’re navigating life after surgery, injury, or a deeply personal experience, our goal is to not just restore the appearance of your skin, but how you feel in it every single day.
Before starting The Skin Camouflage Co, Colette spent years in the corporate world, building and running her own businesses. But always felt the pull towards work that meant something more.
That pull led her to medical tattooing. A specialism where skill, artistry and compassion come together to genuinely change how someone feels in their own skin.
Colette’s background in design shapes everything she does. Precision, attention to detail and an instinct for what looks right are at the core of her work – helping her create results that feel natural, balanced and truly personal to each client.
When she’s not in the clinic, Colette is a keen gym goer, a proud horse mum to Alfie, and enjoys going out to eat tasty food and being in bed by 9pm.
Our Values
Your safety and comfort always come first. Every treatment is carried out with the highest standards of care, hygiene, and attention to detail – so you can feel completely at ease.
Honest advice is at the heart of every recommendation. Only treatments that truly suit you will ever be suggested, and if something isn’t right, that will always be shared openly.
From the smallest detail to the final result, every treatment is approached with care, consistency, and a commitment to delivering the best possible results for our clients.
Colette trained with Arch & Co in Manchester – an international provider of medical tattooing services and one of the most respected names in the industry. Their training programme is intentionally hands on, with Colette spending most of her time working directly on models learning real techniques on real skin from day one.
Alongside her medical tattooing qualification, Colette holds an additional certification in Bloodborne Pathogens – covering the prevention and management of bloodborne diseases as well as hygiene protocols associated with clinical practice. This ensures both the safety of both client and practitioner throughout every treatment.
Colette is also insured and has a first aid qualification.
From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel confident you are in safe hands.
We offer free Medical Needling, Scar Camouflage and Areola Tattooing to breast cancer survivors. To book this service, please contact us to arrange an initial chat, and from there we can book you in.
Colette works from a private treatment room in East Kilbride – a clean, professional environment where your comfort, privacy, and safety are the priority. The space is private and welcoming, so you can relax and focus entirely on yourself and your treatments.
Address: 21 St Bryde St, East Kilbride, G74 4HQ and we are on the second floor.
There is a low cost car park near by named “The Village Theatre Car Park” which has fair rates and is a 2 minute walk. There is also paid on street parking however a maximum of 1 hour applies so we would advise using the car park to avoid a ticket (we learned the hard way…).
We are also only a 6 minute walk from East Kilbride Train Station.
